深層攪拌樁下接高壓旋噴樁止水帷幕施工工法

深(shen)基(ji)坑支(zhi)護工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),止(zhi)水(shui)帷(wei)(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)(mu)有(you)多(duo)種(zhong)型式(shi),如采用(yong)素(su)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)與鋼(gang)筋混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)咬合樁(zhuang)、鋼(gang)筋混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)樁(zhuang)間(jian)加高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)旋噴樁(zhuang)、連續深(shen)攪(jiao)樁(zhuang)、連續高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)旋噴樁(zhuang)等(deng)。但復合土(tu)(tu)(tu)釘(ding)墻(qiang)支(zhi)護中(zhong)(zhong)的止(zhi)水(shui)帷(wei)(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)(mu)或單(dan)(dan)一(yi)止(zhi)水(shui)帷(wei)(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)(mu)工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),常(chang)常(chang)采用(yong)單(dan)(dan)一(yi)的深(shen)攪(jiao)樁(zhuang)墻(qiang)或單(dan)(dan)一(yi)的高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)旋噴樁(zhuang)墻(qiang)作為(wei)止(zhi)水(shui)帷(wei)(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)(mu)。在單(dan)(dan)一(yi)的止(zhi)水(shui)帷(wei)(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)(mu)中(zhong)(zhong),深(shen)攪(jiao)樁(zhuang)墻(qiang)施(shi)工(gong)較(jiao)方便,經濟效益(yi)較(jiao)好,但在帷(wei)(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)(mu)深(shen)度要(yao)求較(jiao)深(shen)或土(tu)(tu)(tu)層(ceng)深(shen)部(bu)有(you)碎石、膠結塊(kuai)、密實砂礫層(ceng)時,單(dan)(dan)一(yi)的深(shen)攪(jiao)樁(zhuang)墻(qiang)難(nan)以達到止(zhi)水(shui)目的。

為(wei)充分發揮傳統(tong)(tong)深(shen)(shen)(shen)層攪拌樁(zhuang)的(de)經(jing)濟性,針對城市深(shen)(shen)(shen)基坑止水帷(wei)幕(mu)施工(gong),昆(kun)明軍龍(long)巖土(tu)工(gong)程有限公(gong)司在(zai)通過系列(lie)試驗研究(jiu)、大量實踐、不斷探索和(he)總(zong)結的(de)基礎(chu)上,提出了“將傳統(tong)(tong)深(shen)(shen)(shen)層攪拌樁(zhuang)與高壓(ya)旋(xuan)(xuan)噴樁(zhuang)相結合(he),在(zai)傳統(tong)(tong)深(shen)(shen)(shen)層攪拌樁(zhuang)下(xia)部接高壓(ya)旋(xuan)(xuan)噴樁(zhuang)形成深(shen)(shen)(shen)基坑止水帷(wei)幕(mu)”的(de)施工(gong)工(gong)法(fa)。

本(ben)工法可充(chong)分(fen)發揮傳(chuan)(chuan)統深(shen)(shen)層攪(jiao)拌(ban)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的經濟(ji)性,將傳(chuan)(chuan)統深(shen)(shen)層攪(jiao)拌(ban)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)止(zhi)水帷(wei)幕(mu)(mu)(mu)與高(gao)壓(ya)旋噴樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)止(zhi)水帷(wei)幕(mu)(mu)(mu)相結合,在深(shen)(shen)層攪(jiao)拌(ban)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)止(zhi)水帷(wei)幕(mu)(mu)(mu)下部接(jie)高(gao)壓(ya)旋噴樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)止(zhi)水帷(wei)幕(mu)(mu)(mu)形成深(shen)(shen)層攪(jiao)拌(ban)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)與高(gao)壓(ya)旋噴樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)共同作用的止(zhi)水帷(wei)幕(mu)(mu)(mu)。

本工法(fa)經濟性(xing)好,不會產生擠出效應,對周圍(wei)建(jian)筑物的影響很小;此外,本工法(fa)施工時(shi)無震動、無噪音、無污染、工效高(gao)、成本低(di)、施工簡便,止水效果好,可在(zai)市區內和(he)密集建(jian)筑群中進(jin)行施工。

本工法適用于(yu)地(di)下水(shui)豐(feng)富且采(cai)用單(dan)獨傳(chuan)統深層攪拌樁無法形成止(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)帷幕(mu)(帷幕(mu)要(yao)求深度(du)較深或下臥砂土層密實度(du)較高(gao))的深基坑(keng)止(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)帷幕(mu)工程(cheng)。本工法涉及固化基坑(keng)帷幕(mu)周邊地(di)基、止(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)防(fang)滲等工藝原理。
