導向鉆進與夯管錘結合

解決砂卵礫石地層鋪管的施工技(ji)術(shu)

對(dui)一些(xie)(xie)地(di)(di)(di)質條(tiao)件比較復雜的(de)地(di)(di)(di)層(ceng)(如流砂地(di)(di)(di)層(ceng)和(he)卵礫(li)石地(di)(di)(di)層(ceng)),采(cai)用(yong)(yong)導(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)鉆進鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)設地(di)(di)(di)下管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)存(cun)在較大的(de)困(kun)難(nan)。而對(dui)于(yu)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)設管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)徑(jing)小,穿越距離長的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian),采(cai)用(yong)(yong)夯管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)錘(chui)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)技(ji)(ji)術也(ye)將無法(fa)達(da)(da)到目的(de)。因此在實際工程施工中,一些(xie)(xie)工程采(cai)用(yong)(yong)單一的(de)非開挖鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)技(ji)(ji)術將無法(fa)完成(cheng)施工任務。在該類(lei)地(di)(di)(di)層(ceng)中,我們曾出現過,在不采(cai)取一定(ding)技(ji)(ji)術措施條(tiao)件下進行導(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)鉆進鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)設Φ159×4.5mm鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)時,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)最大回拖(tuo)力(li)為15.0T鉆機(ji),僅(jin)僅(jin)回拖(tuo)24.0m,回拖(tuo)阻力(li)就達(da)(da)到鉆機(ji)的(de)最大拉力(li),無法(fa)繼(ji)續拖(tuo)動(dong)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),造成(cheng)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)鉆桿損失的(de)事故發生。實踐(jian)表(biao)明在此類(lei)地(di)(di)(di)層(ceng)中即使采(cai)用(yong)(yong)鉆進泥漿護壁(bi),維持鉆孔穩定(ding),效果也(ye)很不明顯。當然在該類(lei)地(di)(di)(di)層(ceng)中采(cai)用(yong)(yong)氣動(dong)夯管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)錘(chui)曲線(xian)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)設小直徑(jing)長距離地(di)(di)(di)下管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian),精(jing)度控制困(kun)難(nan),無法(fa)保證鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)質量。因此我們在實踐(jian)施工中,通過嘗(chang)試,提(ti)出了“導(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)鉆進與夯管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)錘(chui)相(xiang)結合的(de)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)技(ji)(ji)術”,成(cheng)功(gong)地(di)(di)(di)克服(fu)了該類(lei)地(di)(di)(di)層(ceng)條(tiao)件下小直徑(jing)長距離曲線(xian)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)技(ji)(ji)術難(nan)題,解決了導(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)鉆進在該類(lei)地(di)(di)(di)層(ceng)中施工難(nan)的(de)問題。

1 施工技術(shu)原理  

夯(hang)(hang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)錘(chui)與導向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)鉆(zhan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)相結合(he)的(de)(de)(de)非開挖鋪(pu)設(she)技(ji)術,實(shi)質是(shi)充分利(li)用(yong)(yong)二項技(ji)術的(de)(de)(de)特點(dian),取長補短的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種技(ji)術手段。即利(li)用(yong)(yong)導向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)鉆(zhan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)控制性好(hao),解(jie)決(jue)夯(hang)(hang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)錘(chui)對于小直徑管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線曲線鋪(pu)設(she)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)控制差(cha)的(de)(de)(de)缺點(dian);通(tong)過(guo)夯(hang)(hang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)錘(chui)的(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),降低地層土體剪(jian)切強度,克服導向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)鉆(zhan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)回(hui)拖鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)外壁的(de)(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)阻(zu)力(li),使鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)夯(hang)(hang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)和鉆(zhan)機牽引力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)下(xia)完成(cheng)鋪(pu)設(she),解(jie)決(jue)了砂卵(luan)礫(li)石地層中(zhong)(zhong)導向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)鉆(zhan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)無法完成(cheng)鋪(pu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)缺點(dian)。在(zai)具體實(shi)施(shi)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),首先利(li)用(yong)(yong)導向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)鉆(zhan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)可控的(de)(de)(de)特點(dian),在(zai)該類地層中(zhong)(zhong),配(pei)合(he)泥漿護壁,完成(cheng)導向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)鉆(zhan)孔,并根據需(xu)要進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行分級擴孔。當(dang)用(yong)(yong)導向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)鉆(zhan)機將所鋪(pu)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)拉入孔內,因(yin)坍孔等原(yuan)因(yin)無法前進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)時,在(zai)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)尾端用(yong)(yong)夯(hang)(hang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)錘(chui)夯(hang)(hang)擊。在(zai)夯(hang)(hang)擊力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)下(xia),鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)通(tong)過(guo)震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong),克服土體摩(mo)擦(ca)阻(zu)力(li)及管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)端阻(zu)力(li),使鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前運動(dong)(dong)(dong)。  

在實踐中,利用導向(xiang)鉆進(jin)與夯管錘(chui)夯擊相結合的(de)施工技術,成(cheng)功地鋪(pu)設了一條用導向(xiang)鉆進(jin)法鋪(pu)管無法完成(cheng)的(de)Φ159mm、長(chang)92.0m過砂卵礫石河流的(de)鋼套管。

2 現狀分析與施工實踐

2.1 工(gong)程概況與現狀分(fen)析  

該工(gong)程(cheng)是北(bei)京市(shi)紫金苑(yuan)高壓電力(li)電纜套(tao)管(guan)過紫竹院(yuan)南(nan)長(chang)河(he)鋪(pu)設(she)的一部分。小(xiao)區位于北(bei)京市(shi)紫竹院(yuan)西側,2001年鋪(pu)設(she)了二根(gen)Φ159mm鋼套(tao)管(guan)后(hou),由于考(kao)慮到(dao)今后(hou)電力(li)增容問(wen)題,于2002年初要求(qiu)在其(qi)附近(jin)再鋪(pu)設(she)一條同樣的鋼套(tao)管(guan)。南(nan)長(chang)河(he)水面凈寬20.0m,水深1.2m。按(an)電力(li)設(she)計要求(qiu),新增鋪(pu)的套(tao)管(guan)必須按(an)設(she)計路(lu)線進(jin)入河(he)南(nan)北(bei)兩側已建(jian)的電力(li)井(jing)內。根(gen)據小(xiao)區建(jian)筑物施工(gong)的巖土工(gong)程(cheng)勘(kan)察報(bao)告(gao)和(he)小(xiao)區熱力(li)套(tao)管(guan)14m深基坑開挖的地(di)(di)層揭露結(jie)果(guo),場地(di)(di)地(di)(di)層主(zhu)要由人工(gong)填土(以建(jian)筑垃圾為(wei)主(zhu))、粉質粘土、細(xi)砂及(ji)卵礫石(shi)層組成(cheng),河(he)南(nan)岸現狀地(di)(di)面以下3.0~9.0m處是紫竹院(yuan)舊(jiu)碼(ma)頭遺址,為(wei)大青石(shi)堆(dui)砌而成(cheng),南(nan)長(chang)河(he)河(he)底(di)為(wei)毛石(shi)堆(dui)砌而成(cheng)。另外,為(wei)安(an)全避開已鋪(pu)設(she)的鋼套(tao)管(guan)、河(he)底(di)石(shi)塊并準確鋪(pu)已建電力井內(nei),方(fang)案最終將套(tao)管鋪設軌跡確定在已鋪設的兩根套(tao)管以下1.0m左(zuo)右(you)位置穿越(見圖1)。
